Welcome! I’m so glad you made it to my page. Starting the journey towards therapy is not an easy one and can be scary! But    you’ve made it this far and this is the first step towards growth and change. I often find many of my clients are just seeking a better balance in their lives, whether that’s due to relationship challenges, low self-esteem, problems with attention & focus, or maybe previous traumatic experiences that are getting in the way of leading a life worth living.

I believe my role as a counselor is to be flexible in meeting your needs and nonjudgmental in whatever it is you bring into the therapy office. My goal when approaching any person in therapy is to recognize that we are each individuals with inborn characteristics, values, cultural backgrounds, and beliefs that make us who we are. Together with these key identities in mind, we can create a plan to meet your personal needs.

I graduated with my Master's in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. Since then I have worked in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative exposure therapy (NET). I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and trauma-based disorders.

If this sounds like an approach that matches you, please don't hesitate to connect. Therapy should be a space that encourages growth and change. Let's nurture that together.
