Our therapy office is physically located in Cincinnati, Ohio, but we are able to see clients anywhere in Ohio with our online therapy services. Several of our clinicians can see clients in Kentucky & PSYPACT states; click here to see if you reside in a PSYPACT state.

We offer comprehensive DBT, adult DBT skills training groups, multi-family DBT skills training groups for teens and caregivers, DBT graduates group, and DBT-informed consultation. Any person age 14+ located in Ohio, Kentucky, or a PSYPACT state is eligible for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services at the Cincinnati Center for DBT.

We offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to teach you how to change your thoughts and behaviors so that you change how you feel. Any person located in Ohio, Kentucky, or a PSYPACT state is eligible for individual therapy services at the Cincinnati Center for DBT.

We offer comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy, the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for BPD. Any person located in Ohio, Kentucky, or a PSYPACT state is eligible for BPD treatment services at the Cincinnati Center for DBT.

We offer evidence-based depression treatment to help you identify and change the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to depression and use research-based interventions to improve your mood. Any person located in Ohio, Kentucky, or a PSYPACT state is eligible for depression treatment services at the Cincinnati Center for DBT.

We offer evidence-based anxiety treatment to help you identify and change the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to your anxiety and find solutions that fit your unique situation. We offer evidence-based PTSD treatment to help you stop being haunted by the past. Any person located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana or a PSYPACT state is eligible for PTSD treatment services at the Cincinnati Center for DBT.

We offer individual and group alcohol, drug, and addiction treatment to help you meet your recovery goals. Any person located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, or a PSYPACT state is eligible for alcohol, drug, and addiction treatment services at the Cincinnati Center for DBT.

Our therapy office is physically located in Cincinnati, OH. However, we serve clients throughout Ohio and beyond through our online therapy services.

* Our therapy office is located iMt. Auburn on Wellington Pl, right off of Auburn Avenue.  Our office neighbors Clifton (home of the University of Cincinnati Bearcats!) and is close to The Christ Hospital.
