Choosing to go to therapy is hard and finding the right therapist can be daunting, but I hope to help provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to start your journey. I believe that therapy is collaborative in nature. I may be the “expert” in the skills, but you are the expert in your life, mental
health, and feelings.
I graduated with my master's in clinical mental health counseling from Capella University. I was introduced to DBT during my master’s program. I value that DBT empowers you as the client to take control of your life and help find peace when life has other plans. I have worked with clients ages 5-65 with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD.
I am committed to helping you feel more in control of your life. I hope I get a chance to work with you to make that happen.
