Nikki Heinze AAS, BTM (she/her)

I bring 10 years of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to service to my role as Practice Coordinator at CCDBT. I hold an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Assisting and earned my Bachelor's degree in Technical Management while deployed with the Army National Guard, where I proudly served as a medic for 10 years.

Since joining CCDBT in 2022, I’ve been passionate about keeping the practice running smoothly and efficiently so our clinicians can focus on providing high-quality, evidence-based DBT therapy. I value compassionate, attentive service—because I’ve seen firsthand how often people fall through the cracks and how much it means to be truly heard and supported.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and cheering on my kids at their sporting events. I’m a big fan of coffee, enjoy rides on our Harley, and have a not-so-hidden talent for making balloon animals—thanks to my grandfather, who was an award-winning balloonologist!

I’m always open to connecting with other practices and organizations to collaborate on how we can better serve our community. Working together is one of the best ways we can ensure clients get the comprehensive support they need!
