Submit an appointment request form, call/text 513.268.8306, or email info@cincinnaticenterfordbt.com to schedule an initial appointment with one of our therapists.
2. Attend your initial appointment
We meet with you to understand your kid’s unique challenges and goals. We may use simple assessments to guide treatment planning.
You'll attend a weekly multi-family DBT skills group with your parent or caregiver and meet with your individual therapist weekly or biweekly. Each week, you’ll complete homework to practice the skills learned in both group and individual sessions to help you make progress faster.
