You may be looking for therapy because life feels overwhelming, your emotions feel too intense to manage, or your relationships keep getting stuck in the same painful patterns. Maybe you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-doubt, conflict at home, or the exhaustion that comes from always trying to hold everything together. You may want real tools, but you also want to feel understood by someone who can sit with the hard stuff without judgment.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are trying to better understand themselves, manage emotional pain, communicate more effectively, and build lives and relationships that feel more stable and meaningful. I am especially drawn to working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward.
I'm Jordan and I'm currently a fourth-year Clinical Psychology doctoral student at Xavier University. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to help clients learn skills for managing emotions, reducing self-destructive behaviors, navigating conflict, setting boundaries, and responding to stress in healthier ways.
Before and during my doctoral training, I developed a strong foundation in crisis support, suicide prevention, DBT, CBT, and psychological research. I previously served in clinical, training, and leadership roles at the Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center, where I supported the 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
Outside of my academic and clinical work, I enjoy hiking, reading, video games, and making music.
