As a therapist, I’m honored every day to connect with people, help them better understand themselves, and witness positive change as they become empowered to live as their best selves. I believe in creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, accepted, and valued. From there, we work together to build the skills and mindset needed to navigate life’s challenges in healthier, more effective ways.
It is deeply rewarding to get to know my clients, support their growth in self-awareness, and help them achieve their goals. My belief that every person is valuable and capable of change is at the heart of my passion for counseling.
I specialize in working with adult individuals and couples. My clinical interests include addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy supporting clients navigating neurodiversity and learning differences, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and career concerns. While these are some of the common reasons people seek therapy, I welcome the opportunity to learn about your unique story and support you in finding the path forward that works best for you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses evidence-based treatment approaches. I get you—what you're feeling makes sense. And I want to help. If you're ready to build a life worth living, please reach out.
