Life can feel like a rollercoaster sometimes—twists, turns, and maybe even the occasional loop that leaves you hanging upside down. Whether you're a kid figuring out the ups and downs of school and friendships, a young adult stepping into the world of independence (hello, adulting!), or a parent juggling work, family, and everything in between, it’s easy to feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world. But guess what? You don’t have to face it alone.
I’ve had the privilege of working with extraordinary people who’ve faced challenges that would make anyone flinch—and yet, their courage and determination to create a brighter future never cease to amaze me. Healing, as I see it, is less about “fixing” yourself and more about learning to love your unique self, finding your inner spark, and embracing a life that feels truly worth living.
What’s the secret sauce for this journey? It’s knowing when to let go of what you can’t control (seriously, who hasn’t tried to wrestle with the universe a time or two?) and focusing on the things that bring you joy, growth, and peace. And along the way, you’ll discover that resilience isn’t just a fancy word—it’s your superpower.
When I first learned about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during my graduate studies, it was like finding the missing puzzle piece. DBT is a game-changer, and I’ve woven it into every aspect of my therapy practice since. I’ve seen people who felt stuck—trapped in overwhelming emotions or unhealthy cycles—unlock their potential, take back control, and live life on their terms. Watching those transformations is nothing
short of inspiring.
So, if you’re ready to turn the page and start writing your next chapter—a chapter full of hope, growth, and maybe a few plot twists worth celebrating—I’d be honored to join you on that journey. Together, let’s discover your “life worth living” and make it the best
adventure yet!
